777ad9 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context explicitly requires otherwise:

• "777ad9" / "the Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to 777ad9.asia, its operators, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees and authorised representatives.
• "You" / "Player" / "Member" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided by 777ad9.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on 777ad9.asia, including all associated wallet balances, bonus credits, betting history and personal information.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming, betting, live casino, arcade, slot and sportsbook products made available by 777ad9 via the 777ad9.asia website.
• "Wallet" refers to the PKR-denominated balance held within a Player's 777ad9 Account, comprising real money funds and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player or won through gaming activity, which are eligible for withdrawal subject to applicable verification requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by 777ad9 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity and document verification procedures required by 777ad9 prior to processing withdrawals or at the Platform's discretion.
• "CNIC" refers to Computerised National Identity Card issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) of Pakistan.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of 777ad9 Services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 777ad9 enforces this requirement through CNIC-based identity verification and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. 777ad9 provides Services primarily for players located in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction at the time of use. 777ad9 does not accept responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the Platform in any jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid and active Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address where applicable. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on 777ad9. The creation of duplicate, secondary or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in all Accounts being suspended and all balances being voided without prior notice.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time verification codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been performed by you. 777ad9 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.1 Account Verification. 777ad9 may require you to complete KYC verification at any point, including at registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or following a review of unusual Account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

3.2 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your 777ad9 Account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Before closure is processed, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Wallet that is eligible for withdrawal will be returned to your registered payment method subject to applicable KYC requirements.

3.3 Account Suspension by 777ad9. 777ad9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable belief that: (a) the Account holder has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent, deceptive or abusive conduct has occurred; (c) regulatory requirements necessitate such action; or (d) the Account was created with false information.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 777ad9 may apply an administration fee to inactive Accounts as specified in the Promotions section of the website. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 777ad9 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT via the TRC20 network. Payment methods available to you may vary based on your location, verification status and any technical limitations in effect at the time of deposit.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 777ad9 is PKR 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees), or equivalent in the applicable cryptocurrency where crypto deposits are used. 777ad9 may modify the minimum deposit amount at any time with notice provided on the Platform.

4.3 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, using funds obtained through illegal activity, or using payment methods that do not belong to you is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence. 777ad9 cooperates fully with competent authorities in such cases.

4.4 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 777ad9 Wallet within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take five to sixty minutes depending on the transferring bank and time of submission. USDT deposits are credited after a minimum number of blockchain network confirmations have been received. 777ad9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.

4.5 Currency. All 777ad9 Wallet balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where funds are received in another currency or cryptocurrency, conversion is applied at the rate determined by 777ad9 at the time of processing.

5.1 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC verification prior to processing. This is a one-time requirement for each Account; once verified, subsequent withdrawal requests are processed without repeating the full KYC procedure unless circumstances necessitate re-verification.

5.2 Withdrawal to Own Account. Withdrawals from your 777ad9 Account may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous accounts or unverified payment methods will not be processed and may trigger a fraud review.

5.3 Processing Times. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and six hours during standard processing periods. Processing may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus credits are not eligible for direct withdrawal. The welcome bonus is available once per eligible player and cannot be claimed by the same individual using multiple Accounts. 6.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. 777ad9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Offers are valid for the period stated in their specific terms and are not guaranteed to be repeated.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 777ad9 sportsbook and cricket markets are subject to acceptance at the Platform's sole discretion. 777ad9 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet without providing a reason, including where system errors, pricing errors or technical faults have affected the displayed odds.

7.2 Pricing Errors. Where odds or prices are published due to an error, any bets accepted at such erroneous odds may be voided by 777ad9 at its sole discretion. This applies to all sportsbook and cricket markets including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series events. Players are not entitled to winnings derived from obvious pricing errors.

7.3 Event Cancellations and Postponements. Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed and does not resume within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport's rules, affected bets will generally be voided and stakes returned to the player's Wallet. 8.1 Game Integrity. Any winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will not be honoured, and the Player's stake at the time of the malfunction will be returned to their Wallet.

The following actions constitute serious violations of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the 777ad9 platform for any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime.
• Creating multiple Accounts to exploit welcome or reload bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in ways that provide an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, programming errors or technical faults for financial gain.
• Deliberately placing offsetting bets across multiple Accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Providing false identity documentation during KYC verification or at any other stage of the Account lifecycle.
• Attempting to access the 777ad9 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited, through the use of VPNs, proxies or other circumvention tools.

10.2 Age Restriction. As stated in Section 2.1, 777ad9 strictly prohibits access to its Services by individuals under the age of 21. The Platform enforces this restriction through CNIC verification and reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been created by or on behalf of an individual under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed and any funds associated with the Account will be forfeited.

10.3 Player-Controlled Limits. Players may configure the following responsible gaming tools directly from within their Account settings at any time: daily deposit limits; weekly deposit limits; monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; loss limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to reduce a limit are processed immediately. 10.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming on 777ad9 may activate a self-exclusion period. 11.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777ad9 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without the prior written consent of 777ad9.

11.3 User Content. Where you submit content to 777ad9 through any channel (including live chat, feedback forms or reviews), you grant 777ad9 a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display such content for Platform-related purposes.

12.1 Service Availability. 777ad9 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of its Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, network disruptions or circumstances beyond 777ad9's reasonable control. 777ad9 shall not be liable for losses arising from Service unavailability.

12.2 Third-Party Services. 777ad9 integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers and data feed suppliers. The Platform is not liable for failures, delays or errors attributable to these third-party services, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa or any banking institution, to the extent that such failures are beyond 777ad9's operational control.

12.3 Financial Losses from Gaming. Gaming involves inherent financial risk. 777ad9 is not responsible for any financial losses you sustain as a result of your gaming activity on the Platform. All gaming decisions are yours alone, and you accept full responsibility for the consequences of your participation.

12.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ad9's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money you have deposited into your Account in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

14.1 Governing Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language, which shall be the governing language for all purposes of interpretation and dispute resolution. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 777ad9 arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms & Conditions, you are encouraged to contact the 777ad9 support team in the first instance. 777ad9 will endeavour to resolve any complaint within a reasonable timeframe through good-faith negotiation.

14.3 Amendments. 777ad9 reserves the right to amend, revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of 777ad9 Services following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
